Hi everyone is this unusual to have barn owls nesting at this time of year. This is the second clutch this year but they have been nesting at this site for about 7 years and what make it strange is there is another nest about 400 yards away. After all the bad weather we have just had i thought that was the end of that but after walking tonight u can still here one howlet screching. does this seem abit strange can somebody put some light on this for me. ps seen the red kite this morning great stuff thanks .
